For over a decade our company has been manufacturing Oil Seals, Engine mountings and centre bearing rubbers for the Automobile Industry and for Excavators. The plant is located at Adityapur Industrial area of Steel city Jamshedpur, connected by rail and road with most of the large cities in India. Our plant is producing over three million Oil Seals and over hundred thousand Engine mountings annually. Approximately 80% of these products are supplied as O.E. to leading manufacturers of vehicles like, TATA MOTORS. Jamshedpur, M/s. H. V. AXLES Limited, Jamshedpur, SKF INDIA, RSB, TRF and M/s. H. V. TRANSMISSIONS Ltd. for their various heavy duty and light vehicle and Industrial Application.

COMPLIANCE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

Based on Automobile company practices and also assistance taken from Din and is 5125 Standards and in compliance with other National Standards of rubber Industries, We make Oil Seals for Shafts of 20mm to 300mm diameter range and also according to Customer's drawing or Customer's indication of shaft size, Housing parent bore diameter and its depth, along with other specification, RPM, operating temperatures, recommended lubricants

ACHIEVEMENTS

The company is in a position to develop Oil Seals, Engine mountings & Centre Bearing Rubbers of different range as all inhouse facilities are available at our plant namely ;

(A)	Manufacturing of Dies for making sheet metal shells for Oil Seals & Engine Mountings.
(B)	Making of Dies, for Moulding of Oil Seals & other metal/rubber bond components.
(C)	Metal treatment plant.
(D)	Machine shop having facilities of Metal cutting, Metal Forming Grinding etc.
(E)	Compounding of Elastomers, Kneeder machine, Mixing mill, Extruders.
(F)	Moulding presses single day light and double day light with automatic temperature controllers.
(G)	Elastomer testing and analysis facilities Tensile strength test, Tear strength, Hardness measurement, Specific gravity compression test and other equipment for testing the final products like :
	Light Tester for Seal - LIP
(i)	Lip opening pressure checking machine for Oil Seals. .
(ii)	Oil Seals testing rig, for tests at appropriate temperatures & R.P.M. upto 6000
(iii)	Universal load testing machine for Engine mounting sheer/ Compression tests.

With the above facilities available the company is in a position to cater requirements of seals and metal bond rubber components required for most type of automobiles.
